Jamie Johnson, CEO and Founder
Jamie Johnson has worked in law enforcement for nearly 30 years in the Davidson County Sheriff’s division. He has earned the respect of his colleagues through hard work and dedication. He understands the delicate balance between law enforcement and the community it is dedicated to protect. Jamie has a real-time expertise in safety and security measures that can be shared with corporations to protect themselves and their employees from loss through theft and criminal intent. He feels strongly that through our trusted security guard and protection services, on-going training, and education, JS Security Consulting can maximize the outcomes of protecting people and properties.
Jamie protects his employees and family on a daily basis and stays knowledgeable about security measures and local and worldwide events that have a potential impact to business. Your safety and security concerns are our number one priority for every job, big or small.
Stephanie Johnson, President and Founder
Stephanie Johnson has more than 15 years of Information Technology experience, culminating into a career in I.T. and project solutions. Her background includes eight years as a President and Chief Operations Officer for privately-held companies. Her expertise spans the areas of operations, mergers and acquisitions, international business, project management, project leading, account management and a solid technical background. She has experience working in major industries with an emphasis on healthcare clients. She has demonstrated exceptional ability in growing and expanding corporate teams through recruiting and business development while maintaining quality of service.
Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Planning with a minor in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University and an MBA in Management from Strayer University.
Temika Willis, Chief Finance Officer & Partner
Temika Willis has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. As a member of the executive team, Temika is responsible for the company’s finances, corporate policies, payroll, and banking relationships.
In addition to the company’s finances and corporate oversight, she also brings her expertise in strategy and leadership having lead teams responsible for all areas of finance. She is an integral part of the growth of JSSC having created policies and processes that allow for outstanding planning and outstanding results.
Temika earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN.
