• An occupant of a residence, business, dwelling, or vehicle is allowed to use Deadly Force against another person who has unlawfully and forcibly entered a residence, business, dwelling, or vehicle when the person using such deadly force knew or had reason to believe that an unlawful & forcible entry occurred.
  • In these places the law presumes a reasonable belief of imminent death or serious bodily injury. This is commonly referred to as the Castle Doctrine.
